A detailed, study was conducted by Institute of Kashmir Studies on the Kupwara Massacre. The IKS team visited the area were Massacre against civilian population was perpetrated by Indian Army and Border security Force, in which more than 21 Civilians were killed and 37 injured. This report has documented testimony of victims, statement of witnesses presents on spot and also identified the perpetrator of Massacre.

This fact-finding probe compiled by Institute of Kashmir studies-IKS is eye-opener to the world that India and it’s occupying army has history of perpetrating war crime and crime against humanity in IOJK.
